Good morning Matt and Steve, I hope that your day is going to plan... Really enjoyed the podcast this week. Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know you guys are my meeting in between meetings. When I need some connection I can put my headphones on and check out sober friends. Thank you for that. Truly a gift. As far as planning I find if I keep my plans to a minimum and don't set unrealistic timelines in my mind the day before or 2 weeks before I make it through much better I let go and I let God and I'll get there when I get there or I'll get it done when I get it done. kindness is a choice. Since I’m self centered I will get defensive. With the program tools I’m able to pause ( my HP is in the pause ) and proceed with kindness. Mick G.

hey! Just noticed this send us a text button, how great. Not sure if the time there so I hope your phone is on silent if asleep; RE: episode 200! I wanted to share with you that I was on a retreat that me and a couple of fellows organized. It was the most magical experience and what we did mostly was just get out our own way and watch the magic happens that comes from when we alcoholics come together. So…here I am at this retreat, I went to my room as I just needed some quiet time, I put on my favorite podcast, episode 200 - about retreats! Ah man, it makes me smile now thinking of these God-moments. Love what you guys do, it’s been a huge part of my recovery as I listening to you in my first days coming up to four years ago, when I was trying to work out how simple it is. Thank you guys!
